James Callianiotis has 15 years experience public speaking, he is now in demand at seminars internationally. He is a high-energy speaker, weaving rapidly through both basic and complex subject matter in an informative and entertaining manner. His enthusiasm is contagious and his messages are optimistic, providing his audience with many thought provoking ideas.

James is an entrepreneurial idealist who commenced creating, incubating, cultivating and then selling his own businesses from the tender age of 15. He has achieved outstanding results in various companies and businesses, both nationally and internationally.

His success in business is very diverse. He was the co-founder and Director of RealWay Property Consultants before selling his interests in 2006, and has been involved with national training for real estate icons such as LJ Hooker and Raine & Horne, whilst also training companies like Mercedes-Benz and Aussie Home Loans. James has consulted to large and small businesses and has advised various boards of major corporations on their business. He has spoken at international real estate seminars and recently to high profile companies in London, in both the property and public company sectors. James has recently resigned from the position as Chief Executive Officer of a public ASX listed company. James is now working closely with boards and senior management of companies throughout Australia and Internationally.
